Cheese Cheesecake

1. New York-Style Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients:

2 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese, softened

1 cup white sugar

3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

4 eggs, beaten

1 cup sour cream

Directions:

1. preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour one 9×13 inch baking pan.

2. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, flour, salt, and vanilla. Mix until well blended. Add eggs and mix just until combined. Pour batter into the prepared pan.

3. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes. Remove from the oven and spread sour cream over the top. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Cool before serving.

2. Philadelphia-Style Cheesecake Recipe

1 (9 inches) prepared graham cracker crust

2 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese, softened

1 cup white sugar

3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

4 eggs, beaten

⅓ cup amaretto liqueur

1 (9 inches) prepared graham cracker crust

2. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and eggs. Mix until well blended. Stir in amaretto liqueur. Pour the mixture into the crust.

3. Bake in a preheated oven for 35 minutes. Cool before serving.

4. Pumpkin Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients:

1 (9 inches) prepared graham cracker crust

2 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese, softened

1 cup white sugar, divided

⅛ teaspoon salt

2 eggs

1 cup pumpkin puree

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

¼ teaspoon ground ginger

⅛ teaspoon ground cloves

Directions:

1. preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, and salt. Beat until smooth. Add eggs and beat just until combined. Stir in pumpkin puree, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves. Pour the mixture into the crust.

3. Bake in a preheated oven for 60 minutes. Cool before serving.

5. Chocolate Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients:

1 pound bittersweet chocolate, chopped

1 cup heavy whipping cream

4 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese, softened

1 cup white sugar

5 eggs, beaten

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

1. preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour one 9×13 inch baking pan.

2. In the top of a double boiler, melt chocolate with whipping cream. Stir until smooth and set aside to cool slightly.

3. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, eggs, flour, and vanilla. Mix until well blended. Stir in melted chocolate mixture. Pour batter into the prepared pan.

4. Bake in a preheated oven for 45 minutes. Cool before serving.

6. White Chocolate Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup white chocolate chips, melted and cooled

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

⅓ cup Kahlua coffee liqueurDirections:
